Damaged / Missing Goods:

Any claims for damages or visibly missing goods must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Any shortages must be reported to PPP within 5 days of the receipt of the order.

 

Returns:

No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization and the issuance of an "RGA" Returned Goods Authorization number. This number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the return package. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Warranty:

PPP Warrants all products for a period of 1 year unless otherwise specified to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty expressly excludes any problems caused by improper installation, abuse of components or incorrect application.

 

Warning:

All PPP shifters and related components are designed for racing and competition purposes, and the buyer hereby expressly assumes all risks associated with their use. PPP expressly disclaims any express or implied warranty regarding merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, or any other matter.

California sales:

All California sales are subject to 8.25% Sales Tax unless a verified resale card has been provided in advance.
